The software suit is a solution for radio frequency (NFC) marking of utility networks, technological equipment and protected areas

Capabilities

Using NFC tags and the technology of reading and writing data to these tags, the complex allows digitizing any engineering schemes with the highlighting of key nodes on them, for which both visual and tabular representations with output of key information will be available.

 

The software solutions will also allow introducing data accounting and control over maintenance and verification. Using a familiar smartphone with NFC technology support and an installed application, you can easily and quickly digitize any schemes with data, visually track periodic maintenance data of key network and equipment nodes, issue work orders and monitor their execution.

DESCRIPTION OF THE software suit

Client application

An application for the administrator that allows managing and controlling all installed tags linked to locations (objects).

 

  • Defining objects with engineering schemes linked to them. The number of schemes for loading is unlimited. Schemes can be moved, enlarged, reduced.

 

  • Working with employees (adding, removing, changing permissions):
  1. Administrator role – working with the client application
  2. Employee role – performing assigned work orders via smartphone (tablet)
  3. Auditor role – performing assigned audit orders via smartphone (tablet)

 

  • Defining data templates that will be defined for writing to tags. For each type of node on the scheme, you can define your own data templates using different types of data parameter types. The number of parameters in a template is limited only by the tag capacity.

 

  • Working with work orders:
  1. Installation – initial installation of tags on the scheme with entering information on it according to a previously defined template.
  2. Update – updating data on the tag (partial or full). In fact, there is no need to enter data, only to correct it. If a new template is defined for the tag, then the data is entered anew.
  3. Audit – the auditor checks the compliance of data entered on the tag.
  4. Maintenance – orders for periodic maintenance.
  5. Replacement – replacing the tag in case of loss of functionality or loss.
  6. Deletion – removing the tag from the system.

 

  • Visual representation of installed tags on schemes in both graphical and tabular views with the ability to read data installed on tags. Data export to Excel is available.

 

  • Reports.

 

System requirements:

  • OS Windows 10 and above, Alt Linux 10.1.
  • CPU from 1GHz, RAM from 4GB.
  • Monitor with a resolution of no less than 1400 x 827 dpi.
  • Supported readers Z-2, ACR122 (if necessary, we will add support for others).
  • Supported scheme formats dxf, dwg.
  • Internet access for the internet service, or connection to the server for a local solution.

 

Mobile application

An application for the employee, which is part of the software complex for working with tags, with the main functionality – performing assigned work orders with tags.

 

After assigning a work order, the required order appears in the employee's mobile application with the definition of the place, tags and order date.

 

The application allows working autonomously in an area without a connection. As soon as the connection appears, the results of execution are immediately transmitted to the server.

 

 

System requirements:

  • OS Android (64 bit).
  • Presence of an NFC module.
  • Permission to install from unauthorized sources is required.
  • Internet access, or for an autonomous solution, connection to the server via Wi-Fi (both for receiving orders and for sending the results of completed orders to the server).
